1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "888fv", "We", "Us", or "Our" refers to the 888fv platform accessible at https://888fv.io and all associated sub-domains and applications operated under the 888fv brand.
• "Player", "You", or "Your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 888fv platform for any purpose.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by a Player on the 888fv platform.
• "Balance" means the total real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, or matched deposit credits awarded by 888fv to a Player's Account subject to wagering conditions.
• "BDT" or "৳" refers to Bangladeshi Taka, the official currency of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, and the sole currency supported for real-money transactions on 888fv.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process that 888fv requires all Players to complete before withdrawing funds.
• "Wager" means any real-money bet, stake, or game round placed by a Player on the 888fv platform.
• "Platform" means the entirety of the 888fv website, games lobby, sports betting interface, live casino section, and all related features and functionality.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 888fv Platform — whether or not you complete the registration process — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with 888fv's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated into this agreement by reference.

3 Account Registration

To place real-money Wagers on the 888fv Platform, you must register a Player Account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. 888fv reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any information provided.

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each Player is permitted to hold a maximum of one (1) Account on the 888fv Platform. Opening duplicate, secondary, or additional accounts — whether under the same identity or a different identity — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

3.2 Account Ownership

A Player Account is strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or allow any third party to use your Account under any circumstances. 888 fv bears no liability for losses arising from unauthorised use of an Account where the Player has failed to safeguard their login credentials.

3.3 Account Verification

888fv operates a mandatory KYC verification process. All Players must successfully complete identity verification before any withdrawal request will be processed. Verification may require submission of a government-issued photo identification document (National ID card, passport, or driving licence), proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within three months), and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits. 888fv reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle.

4 Age Verification

The 888fv Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. It is a criminal offence in many jurisdictions for persons under the legal gambling age to engage in real-money gambling activities. By registering an Account, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age and that you are legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable to your place of residence.

888fv employs automated and manual age verification checks at the point of registration and may conduct additional checks at any time. Where 888fv has reasonable grounds to suspect that a Player may be underage, the Account will be suspended immediately pending verification. If a Player is confirmed to be under 21 years of age, the Account will be permanently closed, all Wagers placed will be voided, and all funds will be returned to the payment source, minus any winnings generated.

5 Account Management

Players are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the information held on their Account at all times. Any change to your name, address, email address, phone number, or payment method must be communicated to 888fv via the support team promptly. 888fv reserves the right to temporarily restrict Account activity pending verification of updated information.

5.1 Account Suspension and Closure

888fv reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions; provision of false or misleading registration information; suspected fraudulent activity; suspected money laundering; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe; or at the specific written request of the Account holder.

5.2 Dormant Accounts

An Account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. 888fv will notify the Player via their registered email address prior to applying any dormancy administration fee. Where a Balance remains in a dormant Account, 888fv may apply an inactivity fee of ৳200 per calendar month after the dormancy threshold has been reached. Players may reactivate a dormant Account at any time by contacting [email protected].

6 Deposits

All deposits to a 888fv Account must be made using a payment method registered in the Player's own name. Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, SureCash, Visa, and Mastercard. Third-party deposits — where the payment source is registered to a person other than the Account holder — are strictly prohibited and will result in the funds being returned and the Account being flagged for review.

6.1 Minimum and Maximum Deposit Limits

The minimum single deposit is ৳100. Maximum single deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction. 888fv reserves the right to adjust deposit limits at its discretion and may apply enhanced due diligence for deposits above certain thresholds as required by its anti-money laundering obligations.

6.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically credited to a Player's Account Balance within seconds of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. 888fv is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing systems or network outages. In the event of a failed deposit where funds have been debited from your payment account but not credited to your 888fv Balance, contact [email protected] with your transaction reference number for investigation.

6.3 Currency

All Account Balances are held in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 888fv does not support multi-currency accounts. Any funds deposited in a currency other than BDT will be declined or converted at the prevailing exchange rate at 888fv's discretion, with any applicable conversion fees deducted from the deposited amount.

7 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by Players who have successfully completed KYC verification. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. 888fv does not process withdrawals to third-party payment accounts under any circumstances.

7.1 Minimum and Maximum Withdrawal Limits

The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day are displayed within the Player's account cashier section and are subject to change at 888fv's discretion.

7.2 Processing Times

888fv aims to process all approved withdrawal requests within thirty (30) minutes for mobile wallet routes (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) during standard operating hours on Bangladesh Standard Time. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand, public holidays, or where additional verification is required.

7.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Where a Player has received a deposit bonus, withdrawal of the associated funds is subject to the applicable wagering requirements being fully met. 888fv reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of any outstanding KYC documentation or where an Account is under investigation for suspected policy violations.

8 Bonuses and Promotions

888fv offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, and seasonal offers. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms stated at the point of offer, which form part of this agreement.

8.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in the individual promotion's terms. Unless otherwise specified, wagering requirements must be fulfilled within thirty (30) days of the bonus being credited to the Account. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated timeframe will result in the Bonus Funds being removed from the Account.

8.2 Bonus Abuse

888fv reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings where it determines, in its sole discretion, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. Indicators of bonus abuse include but are not limited to: low-risk or zero-risk wagering patterns designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine play; use of multiple accounts to claim a single promotion; and coordinated wagering patterns consistent with collusion. Where bonus abuse is confirmed, the Account may be permanently closed.

8.3 Promotion Eligibility

Promotional offers are available to eligible Players only. Eligibility criteria for each promotion are stated at the point of offer. 888fv reserves the right to exclude any Player from a promotion, or to withdraw a promotion entirely, at its sole discretion without prior notice.

9 Game Rules and Betting

All games available on the 888fv Platform are governed by individual game rules provided by the respective game provider. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before placing real-money Wagers. 888fv accepts no liability for losses arising from a Player's misunderstanding of game rules.

9.1 Betting Integrity

All sports betting markets on 888fv are subject to settlement rules specific to each market. In the event of a data error, technical fault, or manifest pricing error affecting a betting market, 888fv reserves the right to void affected Wagers and refund the applicable stakes to Players' Accounts. Settlement of sports bets is final once confirmed in the Player's transaction history.

9.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per Wager and vary by game and market. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface. 888fv reserves the right to impose individual stake restrictions on any Player Account at its sole discretion.

10 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 888fv Platform and constitute grounds for immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of funds:

• Opening or operating more than one Player Account on the 888fv Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or place Wagers.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any conduct that compromises the integrity of a sporting event.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors for financial gain.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.
• Allowing or facilitating access to your Account by any third party, including a minor.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the source code of any part of the Platform.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or impairs the normal operation of the Platform or its underlying infrastructure.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the 888fv Platform, including but not limited to the 888fv brand name, logo, website design, user interface elements, game graphics, text, and promotional materials, is the exclusive property of 888fv or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of Platform content without 888fv's prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 888fv and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the 888fv Platform, including losses arising from: Platform downtime or technical faults; delays in payment processing; errors in game outcomes caused by third-party providers; or your reliance on any information published on the Platform.

888fv does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the Platform is at your own risk. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes liability for fraud, personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

13 Privacy and Data

888fv collects, processes, stores, and uses Player personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at https://888fv.io/privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 888fv will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

14 Responsible Gaming

888fv is committed to providing a safe gaming environment for all players in Bangladesh. Players who believe that their gambling may be causing personal or financial harm are strongly encouraged to make use of the responsible gaming tools available in their Account settings, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. Where amendments are material, 888fv will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice to registered Players via their registered email address or via an in-Platform notification displayed upon login. Minor amendments — such as corrections to typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter the substantive rights of Players — may be made without prior notice. The effective date of the current version is stated at the top of this document. Continued use of the Platform after the stated effective date constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms & Conditions.

16 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to 888fv's operating jurisdiction. In the event of a dispute between a Player and 888fv arising from or relating to these Terms & Conditions or the Player's use of the Platform, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation in the first instance.

Formal dispute notifications must be submitted in writing to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Dispute — [Account Username]". 888fv will acknowledge receipt within two (2) business days and aim to provide a substantive response within fourteen (14) business days. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, the parties may refer the matter to an independent dispute resolution body as designated by 888fv's operating licence conditions.
